When you use DeepBi services, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, and profile data.
- Third-party access tokens: OAuth tokens from TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram required to publish content on your behalf. These tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- Service usage data: activity logs, created content, publication history, and performance metrics.
- Social network API data: public username, profile ID, and basic account information required for authentication and publishing.
2. How We Use Collected Information
Collected information is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate the user and manage their session on the platform.
- Publish content on social networks on behalf of the user via official APIs.
- Generate and manage content drafts using artificial intelligence.
- Display metrics and performance statistics for publications.
- Improve service quality and detect technical errors.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
3. TikTok Data
When the user connects their TikTok account through our service, we only access basic profile information (user.info.basic) and video content publishing permission (video.publish / video.upload). This information is used to:
- Identify the user's TikTok account.
- Publish branded content videos on TikTok on behalf of the user.
- Verify the status of completed publications.
TikTok data obtained through the API is not used for any purpose other than providing the publishing service. TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when the user disconnects their account.
4. Data Retention
We retain user data while the account is active. Third-party access tokens (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram) are immediately deleted when the user disconnects the corresponding integration. Users may request complete deletion of their data at any time by writing to info@deepbi.com.ar.
5. Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including AES-256-GCM encryption for access tokens, HTTPS/TLS data transmission, and strict access controls. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
6. Third-Party Services
Our service uses the following third-party APIs to operate. By using these integrations, your data is also subject to the privacy policies of those platforms:

7. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
