- Not use the service to publish content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, discriminatory, or contrary to the policies of connected platforms.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- Comply with the usage policies of the TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram APIs.
- Not attempt to access data from other users of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated through the platform on behalf of the user is the property of the user. DeepBi retains rights over its technology, algorithms, and platform. The user grants DeepBi a limited, non-exclusive license to process and publish their content on their behalf according to the instructions provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
DeepBi is not responsible for service interruptions originating from third-party platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram), changes to their APIs, or for automatically generated content that does not meet user expectations. In no event shall DeepBi's liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
