Publicator

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. About Us

This Privacy Policy applies to Publicator (the "Service"), a social media management platform that allows organizations to schedule and publish content on LinkedIn and other networks via official platform APIs. Publicator is operated by Cultura SRL, trading as DeepBi.

2. Data We Collect

When you connect your LinkedIn account to the Service, we collect and store:

  • LinkedIn OAuth tokens — access token and refresh token required to act on your behalf.
  • LinkedIn account identifier — your Person URN (urn:li:person:…) or Organization URN (urn:li:organization:…), used to identify which account to post from.
  • Post metadata — URNs and timestamps of content published through the Service.
  • Basic profile data — name and profile picture, retrieved at authentication time and used solely to display your identity within the Service.

We do not collect or request any LinkedIn data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the publishing service.

3. How We Use LinkedIn Data

Data obtained through the LinkedIn API is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate your session within the Service.
  • Schedule and publish posts to your LinkedIn personal profile or organization page on your behalf.
  • Display the status and history of publications created through the Service.
  • Maintain an active connection to LinkedIn by refreshing your access token before expiry.

LinkedIn data is never used for advertising, lead generation, recruitment, sales prospecting, audience profiling, or any purpose other than managing LinkedIn content on your behalf.

4. Data Retention

We comply with the LinkedIn Marketing API Data Storage Requirements. The following retention limits apply:

5. What We Do Not Do With LinkedIn Data

We explicitly commit to the following restrictions regarding LinkedIn data:

  • We do not transfer, export, or distribute LinkedIn member data to any third party.
  • We do not combine LinkedIn data with data from other platforms or data sources.
  • We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, sales, recruiting, lead generation, or audience targeting.
  • We do not build user profiles using LinkedIn member data.
  • We do not sell or commercialize any LinkedIn data.
  • We do not display LinkedIn member data beyond what is required to operate the Service for you.

6. Security

We apply the following technical safeguards to protect LinkedIn data:

  • Encryption at rest: all OAuth tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a unique random nonce per token.
  • Encryption in transit: all data is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Access control: access to stored tokens is restricted to the authenticated service processes that require them to publish on your behalf.
  • No token logging: access tokens are never written to application logs.

7. Third-Party APIs

The Service integrates with the following platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's privacy policy:

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Revoke access — disconnect the LinkedIn integration from the Service at any time, which triggers immediate deletion of your tokens.
  • Access your data — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion — request permanent deletion of all your data from our systems.
  • Correction — request correction of any inaccurate data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@deepbi.com.ar. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
